The University of Indonesian Teknokrat held "Leadership & Team Building" In SMAN 2 Natar as a real form of commitment to improve the quality of education and leadership of youth in the Lampung Province.

This workshop is guided directly by Vice President of the Indonesian University of Teknocrat, Dr. H Mahathir Muhammad, SE., and opened by Head of SMAN 2 Natar, Paijin Priyatna, S.Pd., M.M.Pd. This event involves around 100 XII class students as an active participant.

Workshop in progress today (dates adjusted to publication), as part of a series of character and leadership education programs that the University of Teknowrat Indonesia has put together.

Events held in SMAN 2 Natar, South Lawn District, as a partner school supporting the upgrades of youth through collaborative education.

This workshop became part of Pancasila Student Profile Enforcement Project (P5). Theknowkrat wants to provide the students with The spirit of leadership, the skill of teamwork, and the spirit to continue to evolve., to welcome vision Indonesia Gold 2045.

In this interactive workshop, Dr. Mahathir emphasizes that leadership is not about office, but about influence and movement.. He encouraged students to building characters early on, expanding insights through relations and literacy, as well as increasing positive experience.

Besides, Mahathir talks about various things. Strategy builds solid and productive teamwork, as well as the importance of recognizing group dynamics. Session continues with active discussions, where enthusiastic students ask and share their views on the challenges of working together on the team.

Through these activities, the University of Indonesian Teknocrat shows its active role in forming a tough, collaborative, and ready future leader. Support for students and teachers continues as a form of Tecocrat contributions to the progress of education in the area.
