The director of the University of Teknokrat Indonesia, Dr. HM Nasrullah Yusuf, SE, MBA, who is also the head of the Al Hikmah Mosque team in the New City, designed a special strategy to observe the mosque. This strategy is focused on strengthening religious activities and religious travel campaigns.

Dr. Nasrullah Yusuf led a direct effort to build and development of Al Hijjah Mosque activities, located in the New City complex, South Surface. The project is re-mobilized under the leadership of the Lampen Governor, Dr. Samsudin.

The construction has been re-maximized in the last two months, since Governor Samsudin appointed Nasrullah as head of the construction team. A short time ago, former Governor of the Lampung Sjachroedin ZP had visited the location and supported the continued project.

Al Hijjah Mosque is in the New City area, which is the development area of the Lampung Province government. Right now, the location is still pretty far from populated and not entirely crowded because the government complex has not been moved.

This attempt was made to make it not only a physical building, but a religious and active center. Nasrullah realizes the geographical challenge of the mosque, but remains optimistic to present a prosperous atmosphere of Islam at the site.

One of the steps designed was to create a religious tourist program for students in Lampung, especially from schools not far from the location of mosques. With time-long visits from students, mosques will continue to be revived by educational and spiritual activities. Through this approach, it is expected to grow the love of youth to build areas and relics of history like New City and Al Hijjah Mosque.

Nasrullah also says that when the construction is complete, Al Hijjah Mosque is believed to be a crowded and productive place of worship.
