Teknowkrat Student Follow Leadership Education Program, Giri Akbar

The University of Indonesian Teknokrat held the Leadership Education Program that lasted for three days as part of the student leadership program. This program was followed by student management activists in college.

The event was officially opened by the Chairman of the Lampung Province, Ahmad Giri Akbar, SE, MBA, along with the Vice-Director of the University of Teknokrat Indonesia, Dr. H. Mahathir Muhammad, SE, both of whom started a symbolic event by hitting traditional music tools Lampung, cetics or pekhing mode.

Events begin today, Wednesday (12 / 2 / 2025), and will take place until Friday (14 / 2 / 2025). The participants will stay in the campus for the duration.

The entire series of Leadership Education Program is going on inside the University of the February of Indonesia.

The program aims to supply students with leadership skills and grow awareness of the strategic role of young people in national development, particularly towards the vision of 2045 Gold Indonesia.

In a public lecture delivered in the opening session, Giri Akbar outlines the strategic role of legislative institutions in the government, which are the function of legislature, budgeting and surveillance. He linked that role to President Prabowo Subianto's national target, especially in the food resistance sector. The girl confirmed the importance of surveillance for Lampung to remain a national food shed as well as a top commodity manufacturer like coffee, corn and cassava.

Further away, girl encouraged students to be active in changing through three concrete steps:

Increase political and policy literacy, through leadership training and aspirations to legislative institutions.

Participating in the development advocacy of the area, through scientific and public space studies.

Being a critical and active academic escort to public policy.

The program is expected to be able to form a Teknokrat student as a future leader not only academically competent, but also sensitive to social dynamics and development
